Last Meeting Follow-up

  1. Waiting for the State to approve paperwork for the bank transfer. 

New Business

  1. Movie Night: Scott Filbin donated money to cover pizzas for the Movie Night. Lillie will be picking up the pizza and Bobbi is getting snacks, drinks, utensils, etc. Setup will be at 4 PM on May 18th. 

  2.  Car Show: we want to encourage student volunteers. Sara is shopping for breakfast items at Costco - muffins, scones, fruit, etc. Setup is at 6:30 AM on May 25th at the Missoula County Fairgrounds.

  3. Voted to move forward with the merch order

  4. Voted to remove inactive Board Members from the bank account

  5. Start putting together a raffle fundraiser for next year’s AAU Tournament 

Notes

  • Look for good days to schedule Car Washes in July and August
